python结合Arcpy处理EXCEL数据生成多边形

看书的时候,遇见了如下数据:

原书中是用VB写的宏,然后存储到txt文件中。

试着用python加Arcpy脚本处理了一下,python对excel处理的教程见链接,这里粘贴一下处理的代码:
